Last October I began investing in Regions Morgan Keegan High Income
Fund (RMH) a closed end fund not to be confused with a "no load" fund
closed to new investors.

It was selling at a thirty someting percent premium and yielding over
10% (market basis).
It was rated 4 star by Morningstar.

Begining in November, the price began falling like a bowling ball in
the sea.

In January, Morningstar upgraded it from 4 star to 5 star. With the
now deflated price, I increased my holdings.

After the 1Q ended, it remained 5 star.

When I checked at the end of the 2Q I found the price is now 25% of
what I paid in Oct. 2006
and Morningstar has it at 3 stars.

I can't find any news items or announcements to explain either the
downgrading my Morningstar or dramatic price declines. Where does one
find information of that kind?

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did it get "hit" by the sub-prime mess? Probably why it got downgraded
and price is lower.
