CHICAGO----Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited's recently announced
formal offer to acquire the remaining 37% of Northbridge Financial
Corporation that it does not already own does not affect ratings on
Fairfax or any of its subsidiaries, according to Fitch Ratings.
