NEW YORK----Shermen WSC Acquisition Corp. will host a conference call
on Friday, December 5, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time , to discuss
its pending merger with ED&F Man Holdings LimitedâEuro(TM)s bulk
liquid storage and liquid animal feed supplement businesses.
