Easy for you to say. . . i loaded up on SSO at close yesterday
expecting a short pop-squeeze. Now i gotta dump into pre-
market because the single biggest wrong money indicator has
endorsed this dog race.
Lopie, you still short? NAS or S&P ???
Look at spinning into SRS on any downturn in stock price, the
next blow up is gonna be commercial realty. |

I had an order in for DIA DEC81 calls at a dollar, needless to say it
didn't hit. About 1 minute before the close I upped it to $ 3.45. The
market closed and it didn't fill so normally I would just cancel the
order, but I was busy. About 4:10 PM I go to cancel the order and saw
that 18 filled at $ 3.45, which I will sell before 10AM if things
don't look good.
As they say it's better to be lucky than good. |

Yes, I'm short with DXD and DOG, and so far I'm still above water, but
today's market is ridiculous as usual: down -75 then up +350 within
an hour, supposedly because of this 'news' of a miracle man below.
Absurd!
RL
* Index rebounded from an 11-year low as NBC News reported President-
elect Barack Obama will nominate New York Federal Reserve Bank chief
Timothy Geithner to head the Treasury. |

i am still buying..putting into my drip stock plans ..a few great buys.
a lesson in philosophy;" if it really got as bad as these left wingers
and short sellers say, then your money would be worthless, your gold
would be seized by the govt. the peasents would storm your house like
you were frankenstein...SO, what are you afraid of ? again, if it got
that bad, you would lose it all anyway, whether you invested in the
market or not.so you might as well invest a little. take a chance.
DISOBEY ! |

If you remember back to all the other bear markets except the one in
1987 bear markets end when stocks trudge along the bottom in diminishing
volume. Usually a bear market bottom is put in when volume figure for a
month are the lightest in years. The opposite is still occurring so the
bear market of course is still intact.
