Hi all,
I live in half of a duplex which is one of many in a planned duplex
development owned by a single corporation. I love the site and have
dreams of owning a place here, either in its present form or a
rebuild. The area is zoned single family residential.
Is this a pipe dream? Would it be unheard of for a company to sell off
individual units like that? If not, how might I go about pursuing such
a thing?
