I want something which will get my information from Vanguard,
Fidelity, TRP and Scottrade and provide me information about how
far I am from my target asset allocation etc. Returns calculation
would be nice but is not essential.
Fidelity will combine all of your accounts into a "full view"
portfolio
analysis - the catch is you have to give Fidelity the user name and
passwords for the other accounts .

I just logged in to Fidelity (Netbenefits) and I can't find where I
enter my other accounts. What is the service called
Thanks
Siddharth
Just give Fidelity a call - I'm sure they will be glad to help you.
I login to Fidelity's regular page for individual investors and
click on accounts then "Full View".
BeachBum
I just looked at the Full view pages and it looks exactly the same as
what I have in Wachovia. Does it also do portfolio analysis of non
fidelity investments like it does for fidelity?
Thanks
Siddharth
The Fidelity portfolio analysis will analyze just your Fidelity
accounts
or Fidelity combined with your other accounts (Full View). It will
give you the classic pie chart showing the percentages in domestic
stocks, foreign stocks, bonds, cash and other. A lot of other info
is also provided - recommend you try it.

Ok I just found out that this service is not available to Netbenefits
customers (at least not with my employer). Only available to Retail
customers.
Too bad. BTW Vanguard also has a great portfolio analyzer
but you have to type in all of your "Other Accounts". Vanguard
will automatically update prices and total value but you must
update quantity changes, additions and deletions to your "Other
Accounts".
BeachBum
Does Vanguard also include those while doing portfolio analysis? I got TRP
Account Minder now (since One Stop is closing) which updates balances and
prices automatically but does not include those accounts in its
Morningstar XRay analysis.
If Vanguard does portfolio analysis on outside investments, I will bite
the bullet and enter stuff in manually once a month.
It does include those other accounts in the Vanguard portfolio
analysis to include the pie chart. You can see the details of how
much of each of the other accounts they include in each category. For
Example, Fidelity Low Priced Stock Fund is divided into domestic
and foreign stock.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot!
