My first day in the SUPERIOR court of Santa Clara. I was limited to
five words. We met with an alternative dispute resolution referee.
This is MY translation of the dialog from the legalese to the
vernacular:
Ref: Why is only Mr. Lubow here? Where are the other two people
you're suing?
Pauperman: I haven't been able to serve them
Ref: You stupid asshole! Instead of two months, we gave you seven
months to serve them. In your whole stupid life are you capable of
doing anything right?
Pauperman: (doing an imitation of Ralph Kramden when confronted by an
intelligent woman) Ummma... ummma.... umma.
Ref: STFU. We bent over backwards for you! Even with your $45,000
CASH, we still gave you a free ride while this guy from the East
Coast is single handedly closing our stupid budget by charging him
ridiculous court fees. Then we gave you seven months to serve the
defendants instead of the usual two months. And after all that you
still can't do anything right!
Pauperman: Well I want to discuss why I submitted a false proof of
service in my opposition of Lubow's motion.
Ref: Didn't I tell you to STFU you miserable little creep?
Pauperman: ummma... ummmma .... ummma
Ref: I'm giving you THIRTY days to serve the other two [Mr.
Buffethater and Mr. Trailertrash] or this case is closed
Pauperman: But I want to explain why my proof of service is bullcrap
Ref: Didn't you hear me? I told you to STFU
Pauperman: ummma... ummma.... ummma
Lubow: Are we done, your honor?
Ref: Yes. |

i hate to tell you, but if theyve had time to prepare for the case.
theres a legal term you could move to have the case dismissed..lol
next time you say you need more time n see what happens....lol |
